Amy Sullivan is Psychotherapist, Yoga Therapist, Guide, Teacher Trainer and Workshop Facilitator. 

Her JOURNEY TO THE HEART started as a way of rehabilitating her knee injury sustained during her career as a collegiate level athlete and professional dancer. She fell in love with the practice of yoga and taught group classes for many years. 

She travels the world leading yoga retreats, workshops and facilitated Yoga Teacher Training Programs. She was featured in Origin Magazine, Mantra Magazine, Yoga Journal and was the Yoga Journal Cover model for March 2013 issue. 

MISSION: To support her clients on their life journey by utilizing the principles of yoga as a vehicle for self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-mastery to help achieve balance and empowerment in their everyday life.

Gratitude for the Path:  After many years of the traveling yogi lifestyle, Amy is back in Boston and is a psychotherapist at Sanative Counseling & Wellness Center. She is also back teaching yoga weekly at Down Under Yoga at the Back Bay location.
