
Amy Sullivan is Yoga Therapist, Guide, Teacher Trainer and Workshop Facilitator.
Her JOURNEY TO THE HEART started as a way of rehabilitating her knee injury sustained during her career as a collegiate level athlete and professional dancer. She fell in love with the practice of yoga and taught group classes for many years.
She traveled the world leading yoga retreats, workshops and facilitated Yoga Teacher Training Programs. She was featured in Origin Magazine, Mantra Magazine, Yoga Journal and was the Yoga Journal Cover model for March 2013 issue.
MISSION: To support her clients on their life journey by utilizing the principles of yoga as a vehicle for self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-mastery to help achieve balance and empowerment in their everyday life.

Amy is currently in graduate school earning her Master's Degree in Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA.
Gratitude for the Path:
After many years of the traveling yogi lifestyle, Amy is so happy to be back in Los Angeles living in the sunshine surrounded by the ocean, the mountains, and the Palm Trees.
