I am so excited to be offering the first 300 hour Roots & Wings Yoga Teacher Training Program. It's been my dream for sometime to bring together students who are yearning to further their learning, teachers who want to share their knowledge and a yoga studio that wants to build community. Everyone's intention is in bringing people together and sharing their gift with each other and their community. In my short time in Northern California, I was impressed at the caliber of teachers and I've gathered them to share their gift with you.
